At the Main Menu, press Up, Up, Right, Right, Y, Y, Y.

Remote Control Ball

Pause gameplay and press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Left, Right, Right, TL, TL, TL, TR, TL, TR, TL on the D-Pad. Now hold TR + TL, and press Left or Right on the D-Pad to move the ball.

Certification mode
